Plans, free trial, upgrade and cancel
There is a Free plan forever and paid plans with more brokers and more features. You can change whenever you like.
Step by step
- Go to Settings → Plan to see your plan and compare them. They are also on the Pricing page.
- If available, click Start trial to try a paid plan free for a few days. No card, once per account, with your email confirmed.
- To upgrade, click Upgrade on the plan you want. We take you to a secure payment page.
- To cancel, click Cancel subscription in Settings → Plan. If you want, tell us why.
What you will see
- If you upgrade mid-period, today you are only charged the difference for the days left.
- When you cancel you keep your plan until the end of the paid period and then move to Free. Before that date you can Resume subscription.
- Whatever is not in your plan shows a lock and the plan that includes it.
Common problems and questions
- Is my data deleted if I downgrade?
- No. Brokers the Free plan does not keep up to date become frozen and update again if you upgrade.
- Who shows up on my card statement?
- Our authorised reseller: it processes the payment, calculates your country's taxes and sends you the receipt.
- Can I ask for a refund?
- See the subscriptions and refunds policy and write to us from Help → Contact.
