Open Settings →

Step by step

  2. Enter your password and scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code and click Confirm and enable.
  4. Keep your recovery codes somewhere safe. Each one works once. They are not shown again.

What you will see

  • From then on every sign-in asks for the code as well as the password. Your other sessions are closed.
  • Under Sessions you see the devices where you are signed in: Sign out other devices or Sign out everywhere.
  • Under Change password you enter the current one and a new one of at least 10 characters.

Common problems and questions

I forgot my password.
On the sign-in page click Forgot your password? and enter your email. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you have two-step verification, we also ask for the code. Changing it signs you out everywhere.
I lost the phone with my authenticator app.
Sign in with one of your recovery codes and create new codes or set up the verification again.
The code is not valid.
Check that your phone's time is set automatically and try again.
