Firstrade

1. On firstrade.com: Accounts → History.
2. Pick the range (since you opened the account) and press Download → CSV.
3. Upload the file. Buys, sells, dividends and their withholding, interest, deposits, withdrawals, fees, splits and Treasuries are read; options come in as cash movements.

If the columns are not recognised, you map them once and we remember.
